To have water service turned on or transferred, contact our Customer Service Department at least one business day before the work is to be done. You can call us at (703) 698-5800 between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Or you can use our Online Account Request Forms. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
